Since the business emphasis on the high quality and standard of works performances, all our employees are professionals, efficient and very skillful. We enjoyed and strived to provide 100% satisfactions to all our potential and current clients. Many times, we go further! Thus, we have been trusted and supported by the residences of Sabah for over 22 years. We were awarded several design and renovation projects for prestigious hotels and resorts due to our excellency in architectural design and renovation. They are all our best achievement;

(A) A RM 12,000,000 renovation project at The " Shangri-la Tanjung Aru Beach Resorts " (5 stars)

(B) A RM 1,500,000 renovation project at The " Jesselton Hotel " that had won the award of " Outstanding Service " among 4 stars hotels by the Tourism Board of Malaysia.

(C) A RM 1,800,000 renovation project at the " Kinabalu Pine Resorts " that had won the award of " Best Landscaping Resorts " throughout Malaysia, and,

(D) A RM 38,000,000 renovation project at the " Kinabalu Hyatt Hotel ".

Since we excel in renovation and furnishing jobs in the city. We are being trusted and appointed by an international fast food outlet franchiser ( KFC and Pizza Hut ) to perfome all refurbish and renovation works for all new outlets within Sabah, since they first started here. Also, we always conform to all requirments and standards set. Thus, we once again established our name in this sector due to our efficiency and punctuality in handling the project.

Our superb architectural design lead us to venture into developing several residential housing projects ranging from low, medium to high cost housing in the city.

These two developments were also our proudest achievement. Our superior designs with quality finishes, fabulous facilities and impressive workmanship contributed to a 100% sales just within months after launching. Believe it or not, all our houses in the housing development are selling like hot cakes every time we launched a new housing project.
