The business here in after referred to Chan Kok Weng Brothers Reality Sdn. Bhd. (T70378) was incorporated on 9th May 1981 with main objective to successfully manage all properties, be it warehouses, shoplots or residential properties that are owned by the parent company.

The business mainly deals with renting properties to the public with relevant rental fees that becomes a source of income to parent company.
