The business [hereinafter referred to Grand CKP Holdings Sdn Bhd (533816-V)] was incorporated on the construction and furniture industry.

The business is an investment holding, construction and general trading company. Recently, the business has ventured into the construction and property sector, namely Taman Seri Borneo, off Jalan Lintas, Kota Kinabalu. The business had proudly completed:

(a) Taman Seri Borneo, Phase I, II and IV that consist of 105 units of double storey houses altogether.

The business will now completed Taman Seri Borneo Phase V which consist of 90 units apartments (72 units of duplex condo and 18 units of single floor condo).
