Introduction 

The business (hereinafter referred to Inprofit Development Sdn. Bhd.) was incorporated on the 18th October 1985.

It was not in the business operate until Chan Kok Weng Brothers Furniture & Contractor Sdn. Bhd. brought it over on the 22th May 1987 with the main objective to succeed in the properth development sector. The business was proud to complete and handover several prestigious and distinguished developments; for example:

(a) 152 units of 4 blocks apartment (Chanyai Villa, Likas, Jalan Tuaran) which had been fully occupied, and

(b) 105 units of houses ranging from double storey terrace (Phase I and IV) and 2 1/2 storey terrace (Phase II) (Taman Seri Borneo, Off Jalan Lintas)

The business had obtained approval from DBKK on the development plan for the 105 unit double storey terrace, 4 units double storey semi-detached and 2 units double storey detached house. The Occupation Certificate for Phase I and II of Taman Seri Borneo had also been approved and obtained a month ago, whereas Phase IV is approximnately completed and was sold out. The condominium was completed as well and was 90% sold out.

As the previous housing projects done were so successful, the busines, now. wished to continue venturing into another potential new housing development that consists of 90 units of apartments, although at Phase V, Taman Seri Borneo.
